Accessing Your real dewacuan Transaction History
Log in to your real dewacuan account on any device. Once you are in the main dashboard, look for a menu option labelled "Transaction History," "Account Statement," or "Activity Log." On mobile Android, this link usually sits in the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left or bottom of the screen. On iOS browser access, the same menu appears in the top-right corner. Tap or click it to load your complete transaction list.
The transaction history screen displays your activity in reverse chronological order—newest transactions appear first. Each row shows the date, time, transaction type (deposit or withdrawal), payment method used, amount in Indonesian Rupiah, and the current status (pending, completed, or rejected). You can scroll through dozens or hundreds of records depending on your account age and activity volume.
Most real dewacuan users can view the past 12 months of transactions by default. If you need older records, contact our support team via the help menu, and we can provide archived statements in English or Indonesian.
Understanding Deposit Records
When you make a deposit to real dewacuan, the transaction appears in your history immediately—even if the status shows "pending." This interim state means our system received your request, but the payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank virtual account) is still processing the transfer on their side.
Most e-wallet deposits complete within seconds to a few minutes. Bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet virtual accounts typically settle within a few minutes during business hours, but may take longer outside peak times or over holidays such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha. Once the payment method confirms the transfer, your real dewacuan balance updates, and the transaction status changes to "completed."
If a deposit shows "rejected" or "failed," the money returns to your payment source. Our support team can help you investigate why. Common causes include insufficient funds, incorrect account details, or a temporary network issue on the payment provider's side.
How Withdrawals Appear in Your History
Withdrawals follow a different flow. When you request a withdrawal on real dewacuan, the transaction enters your history with status "pending." At this stage, we verify your account details, check for any outstanding verification requirements (such as ID or address documents), and confirm you have not exceeded any withdrawal limits set by your payment method.
This verification window is standard practice and may take a few hours to a business day. During this time, you cannot edit or cancel the withdrawal—it is locked in. Once we complete verification, the withdrawal status changes to "processing," and the funds transfer to your chosen destination (your mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking wallet, or your local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking bank account).
Your transaction history on real dewacuan is the single source of truth for your account's financial activity—it reflects every rupiah that enters and leaves.
The final status "completed" means the payment provider (your e-wallet or bank) has received the withdrawal and credited your account there. From that point, the money is in your hands. If you do not see the funds appear in your e-wallet or bank account within the expected timeframe, it may be a sync delay on the payment provider's end; contact them directly to confirm receipt, or reach out to our support team for escalation.
We never charge real dewacuan transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals—all costs are absorbed by the platform or the payment provider's standard charges, which do not appear as a line item in your transaction history.
Game Activity and Wagering Records
Your transaction history on real dewacuan focuses on money in and money out. Detailed game-by-game records—every hand of blackjack, every spin of Gates of Olympus or Mahjong Ways, every football match you wagered on during Piala Indonesia or Liga 1 tournaments—appear separately in your "Game History" or "Betting History" section. These records show the exact wager, the result, and your profit or loss, but they do not repeat in the transaction history.
Think of it this way: your transaction history is your bank statement (deposits and withdrawals only), while your game history is your play ledger (every individual bet and outcome). Both records are essential for personal account tracking and for resolving disputes.
Using Filters and Export Options
Real dewacuan's transaction history interface includes filters so you can narrow results by date range, payment method, or transaction type. If you used local payment for several deposits but want to see only those, select online payment from the payment-method filter. If you want to review a specific month—say, activity around Idul Adha or Nyepi—use the date-range picker.
Filter Strengths
- Quick searches by date or payment method
- Spot unusual activity or duplicate transactions
- Export data for personal accounting records
Limitations
- Filters do not change the underlying data—only the view
- Very old records (beyond 12 months) require manual support request
Some real dewacuan accounts offer a CSV or PDF download option for transaction exports. This is handy if you keep personal finance spreadsheets or need to share records with an accountant. The export includes all visible fields: date, time, type, method, amount, and status.
To export, look for a "Download" or "Export" button near the top of the transaction list. If it is not visible, your account may not yet support exports—check back later, or ask our support team to enable it.
Account Verification and Transaction Holds
If your real dewacuan account is new or has not been fully verified, some transactions may remain pending longer than usual. We ask for proof of identity (passport or national ID) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) to comply with financial regulations. This process protects you and us against fraud and money-laundering risks.
- KYC Check
- Know-Your-Customer verification—we confirm your legal name, date of birth, and address before your first withdrawal.
- Document Hold
- Occasionally, our compliance team may request additional documents (e.g., bank statement from e-wallet or mobile banking showing your address). This is standard and does not indicate a problem.
- Pending Status
- A withdrawal or large deposit may stay "pending" until verification is complete—usually within one business day.
Once you are verified, most transactions process immediately. If a transaction shows "pending" or "on hold" for longer than expected, check your email for a message from our support team asking for additional information. You can also log in to the Help section on real dewacuan and open a ticket—our team responds in English and Indonesian.
Never send documents or payment credentials outside of real dewacuan's secure verification page. Our team will never ask for your username, password, or PIN via email or chat.
Disputing Transactions and Chargebacks
If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect transaction in your real dewacuan history, report it immediately. Visit the Help menu, describe the issue, and attach a screenshot of the transaction record. Our support team investigates and, if warranted, may reverse the transaction or refund the amount.
Do not file a chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider before contacting us. Chargebacks can lock your real dewacuan account and delay resolution. Instead, reach out to our support team first—we resolve most disputes faster than a chargeback process would.
If you genuinely cannot contact us or believe we are unresponsive, your payment provider (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, etc.) does have a chargeback or dispute mechanism. Use it as a last resort, and include all correspondence with real dewacuan as supporting evidence.
